What this site does to stay usable, and how to tell us when it isn’t.
Our target
This site is built to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
That is a target the firm holds itself to, and this page is where you can tell us when we have missed it.
What the site does
The site pairs deep red accents with white or dark navy text and uses yellow for direct Call and Text controls, with every combination checked for readable contrast.
Every interactive element can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and each one shows a visible focus ring.
The site honors the reduced motion setting in your operating system. When that setting is on, every reveal and transition on the site becomes instant.
Pages use real headings and landmarks, one main heading per page, and forms use real labels rather than placeholder text alone.
Images that carry meaning have alternative text. Images that are purely decorative are hidden from screen readers so they do not add noise.
Known gaps
Third-party scheduling, payment, and contact tools will be tested against the same accessibility standard before they are enabled on the live site. If an external tool creates a barrier, the firm will provide an accessible alternative by phone, text, or email.
